Gite Martin  for 10-12 people

Gite Martin is the oldest building on the site and dates from pre-revolution times.  It has been used in the past as stables, cattle sheds and store rooms.  In 2000 we completely rebuilt it (except for the walls which are almost two feet thick!) using design software to stay faithful to the ambiance and also to get the best out of the space available.  Martin is wheelchair accessible with a delightful en-suite bedroom on the ground floor and three more bedrooms on the first floor.  A spacious kitchen, dining room and lounge occupy the rest of the ground floor and the paved patio and garden are easily accessed from the french windows at the rear of the gite.

Gite Martin is fully equipped with garden furniture and BBQ equipment. The patio and garden overlook the duck pond (safely fenced from roaming infants).  The first floor, with exposed original A-framed oak beams, has three bedrooms - one of which is en-suite, and the family room can sleep up to 4 people.  The ground floor is tiled throughout and has a wood burning fire in the lounge.  The dining room can accommodate up to 12 seated for dinner.  The kitchen has all the equipment you would expect including a washing machine and dishwasher.  A combi boiler provides instant hot water and central heating throughout the gite.

All Gites have private patio and garden with garden furniture, BBQ and private parking.  Pillows and duvets are provided.  Bed linen can be hired at £10 per person per week.  Towels are not included, but for those travelling by air, towels can be hired at £3 per person per week if required.  A welcome pack of a variety of essentials including bread, butter, milk, wine cider and camembert cheese is provided.  A small amount of sugar, tea and coffee are also provided to ease your arrival.
